SHIPPING

* When can I expect to receive my order?


Orders ship via USPS within 1-5 business days of payment. Shipping will take an additional 2-7 business days, depending on the destination. International shipping times vary greatly. CARE

* How do I care for my ANINI Designs Textile?

* Do I need to wash my ANINI Textile when I receive it?


No. All textiles are ready to hang &/or wear upon arrival. Wearables have been hand washed and pressed before shipping. If you need more information about caring for your piece, please visit TEXTILE CARE for more instruction.




* Are there potential allergens my ANINI Textile may be subject to in your Home/Studio?


My Home/Studio is a no-smoking, no-pet environment. Handwovens are all made in my home studio. Hand-Dyed Textiles are hand-dyed, either in my home or outdoors in the Southern California Mountains. Family, love, laughter, an occasional tear & lots of joy goes into each and every piece. If you have any questions regarding specific fibers, dyes and other potential allergens, please feel free to write me directly at CONTACT. * Additionally, all pieces are ready to hang (with your own hanger and hardware, unless otherwise indicated) and/or wear upon arrival. Wearables have been hand washed and pressed before sending.





WORKSHOPS

* Do you teach 1-on-1 (or private group) Natural Dye &/or Weaving Classes?

* Are Workshops re-fundable?


Workshop Fees vary depending on the specific workshop. If you are interested in attending a specific Workshop, please read its individual refund policy at WORKSHOPS. * That said, most of my local, SoCal, publicly-listed Workshops (again, read the specific Workshop listing for exact details) are refundable up until 1-week before the Workshop date. This is because I need to secure materials, supplies and other equipment by this time. Thank you for your understanding!




* Do you teach outside of San Diego County?


Yes, I'm open to teaching outside of my local area. Please CONTACT me to discuss potential ideas, travel costs, etc. Thanks!




* How can I find out what Workshops are coming up?

RETURNS

* Can I return an item for a Refund?


Yes, and No*. NO on all NATURAL DYES, NATURAL DYE KITS, CUSTOM ORDERS & SALE ITEMS -- Because of the nature of Dye Stuffs + Mordants, Kits with Dye Stuffs + Mordants, and Custom Orders, there are No Returns or Refunds. Sale Items are also Non-Refundable. YES on OTHER ITEMS -- If you are unsatisfied with your piece (excluding dyes, mordants, custom orders & items purchased on sale), please contact me as soon as possible, and within 5 days of receiving your order. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - TO CANCEL AN ORDER: CONTACT ANINI to request a cancellation. Requests must be received within 4 hours, or before the item has been shipped. REFUNDS/RETURNS: CONTACT ANINI for all returns/refunds within 5 days of receipt. All Refunds will be made minus the original cost of shipping. Any items received back that are not in original, unused condition will be refunded based on my discretion. RETURN SHIPPING: Item must be shipped back to ANINI within 2 weeks of delivery. Also, buyer is responsible for any/all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original, unused condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value and refund will be based on and adjusted accordingly.




* Can I cancel an order?


Please CONTACT ANINI Designs as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Requests must be received within 4 hours of ordering, or before the item has been shipped. Most days I ship items the same day the order was received, and often within hours. If the item has already shipped you can request to ship the item back for a return. Return shipping is paid for by the sender. Thank you so much for your understanding!

GIFTS

* Can you include a Personal Note in my Gift Order?


Yes, I'm more than happy to include a short hand-written notecard in your Gift Order. Please be sure to write what you'd like to have written in your card EXACTLY and within quotation marks (" ") in the NOTES field. (This will eliminate any confusion on my part in transcribing your words.) If you mention that your order is a Gift, a printed receipt will not be included. Visit SHIPPING for more details.




* Do you provide Gift Wrapping / Packaging?


Yes, I do. All Handwovens and many Hand-Dyed items are hand-wrapped in tissue paper with an elegant logo seal. Please do mention if your order is a gift, as I will be sure to wrap your gift and not include a printed copy of the receipt in the shipment. Also, I’m happy to include a short hand-written notecard in your package. Please be sure to write EXACTLY what you’d like to have written in your card (from you to the recipient) and within quotation marks (” “) in the NOTES field.
